Tatum and Kunis leaped into action on the Chicago set of their new science fiction movie, which is from the Watchowski siblings, on Saturday night, July 27.
A new batch of pics taken from the Chicago set of "Jupiter Ascending" has made its way out online via Just Jared. Fans are treated to a look at leading actors Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis performing a dangerous stunt on Saturday as the former gave a piggyback ride to the actress while hurtling along on roller blades and grabbing the back of a pick-up truck.
For his role as Caine, the genetically engineered ex-military hunter, Tatum who is dressed in all-black ensemble goes blonde and bearded. Meanwhile, Kunis does not undergo a dramatic transformation for her character, Jupiter Jones. The 29-year-old actress only has her hair tied back and wears a plaid shirt with black plants.
"Jupiter Ascending" is the upcoming sci-fi movie from the Watchowskis, the siblings behind the commercially successful "Matrix" trilogy. It centers on Kunis' character who is targeted for assassination by the Queen of the Universe since her very existence threatens to end the Queen's reign.
The flick marks the first time the "Magic Mike" hunk and the "Black Swan" beauty star alongside each other as leads. Sean Bean, Eddie Redmayne and Douglas Booth are also included for supporting roles.
"Jupiter Ascending" is pitted against "Hercules: The Thracian Wars" as both movies are slated for the same release date, July 25, 2014.
