Frank Ocean Announces He Will Perform With John Mayer on 'SNL'

'SNL this weekend. Me and the bro John Mayer,' so the 'Thinkin Bout You' hitmaker tweets when revealing who's going to join him on stage for a performance on the new season premiere of the NBC show.

AceShowbiz - Frank Ocean has been set to kick off the 38th season of "Saturday Night Live", and he seems to have prepared a very special performance for the show. The Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All star has revealed a special guest who will accompany him on the stage of "SNL" this coming Saturday, September 15.

Taking to his Twitter acccount, Frank opened up that he would be joined by none other than John Mayer for his live performance. "SNL this weekend. Me and the bro John Mayer," so he announced to his fans on the micro-blogging site. However, "SNL" camp hasn't confirmed Frank's claim.

The two have teamed up in a song called "White", which is featured in Frank's album "Channel Orange". Still, it's unclear whether Frank and John will perform their collaborative track or play another song instead since "White" is only 1-minute long.

The first episode of the upcoming season of "Saturday Night Live" will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane. The NBC show has also nabbed Mumford & Sons and Muse as other musical performers for its 38th season.

In anticipation of the new season premiere, NBC has released a new "SNL" promo featuring host MacFarlane.
