Escaping police while bringing a suitcase full of weeds, a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout convinces a top corporate lawyer to hire him as a new hotshot associate.
USA Network has provided an extended look at its new series "Suits". Clocked in around five minutes, the preview highlights the first meeting of Patrick J. Adams's Mike Ross and Gabriel Macht's Harvey Specter in a job interview.
Specter is one of Manhattan's top corporate lawyers who sets out to recruit a new hotshot associate. Meanwhile, Ross is a brilliant young guy who has been dreaming of being a lawyer. Although he did not even attend a law school, this legal prodigy has the book smarts of a Harvard law grad and the street smarts of a hustler.
Specter is impressed by Ross, but he is forced to hire only a Harvard graduate. Ross is finally able to convince Specter that he deserves the job after passing a test given by Specter and sharing his personal story. In their efforts to serve justice and save their jobs, both these unconventional thinkers must continue the charade.
"Suits" also stars Meghan Markle ("CSI Miami", "Fringe"), Gina Torres ("Gossip Girl", "Huge") and Rick Hoffman ("Samantha Who", "Knight Rider"). This legal drama will premiere Thursday, June 23 at 10 P.M. ET.
