In addition to the audio stream, an on-set picture of the video shoot has also emerged, featuring Elly Jackson and Kanye West sitting next to each other.
La Roux and Kanye West's studio hook-up has just been unveiled. It's a revamped version of the duo's song "In for the Kill" and has the G.O.O.D Music MC rapping about "The Thriller version of Michael [Jackson]."
Of collaborating with Kanye, Elly Jackson has nothing but praise for him, "He's a very exciting person to be around. He's a special breed of person. He's not quite like anyone I've ever met before. He's very, very, very creative. He comes up with ideas every five seconds. We've had a very interesting three days. It's a very interesting mix of things."
Beside trading verses in the re-recorded track, La Roux and Kanye West will also be seen sharing screen in the music video. "[The setting is] very slick but quite seedy," Jackson explained of the famed Chelsea Hotel where it was shot. "[You're] not quite sure what is going on in a lot of it, but it's got some amazing visuals, some amazing characters."
