In a newly-found picture of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', Jessie Cave's Lavender Brown clings onto Rupert Grint's Ron Weasley.
Another promotional photo for "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" has been found by Snitch Seeker. It focuses on Jessie Cave's Lavender Brown and Rupert Grint's Ron Weasley. In the picture, Lavender clings onto Ron while standing in the Hogwarts corridor.
Aside from the photo, Cave was recently interviewed by LA Times about her role as Hermione's roommate-turned-romantic-competitor. "She is incredibly dominating of Ron," part of her interview read. "She just wants to be around him all the time, and she's the one who initiates everything. She's one of those girls that's very pretty and very obvious, she's just not really aware of how she's being perceived by anyone else."
"Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" will center its story at the time when Voldemort's grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds is tightening. With Hogwarts no longer being the safe haven it once was, Dumbledore begins to prepare Harry for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Bringing in his old friend and colleague Professor Horace Slughorn, he works together with Harry to unlock Voldemort's defenses.
Aside from Rupert Grint and Jessie Cave, it also stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Michael Gambon, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, Helena Bonham Carter and Robbie Coltrane among others. Rated PG, it is directed by "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" helmer David Yates. Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the movie in U.S. on July 15.
