Jermaine Dupri speaks for Usher on his highly-awaited fifth album, hinting that this will be the year.
News on the release of Usher's next album after the highly-acclaimed 'Confessions' have been running up and down in the last three years and the latest update comes from the album's producer, Jermaine Dupri. The record in most probability will come out later this year.
Explaining on the frequent delay Dupri said, "He has been taking a pretty long time to put it out, but I think he's ready now. The last couple times I've been around (him), you could tell he's got the bug to hurry up and put this record out. He wants to get back out here and give the people that. He's got that itch."
Several tracks have been leaked on-line, claimed to be those which will go to the new album. Dupri is known to have produced a track called 'The Realest' that was rumored to be the first single. However when asked on the confirmation, Dupri refused to reveal the details saying, "I know that I've done my songs and I know that my songs on his record are crazy."
