A couple of new production stills from the highly-anticipated "Iron Man" have made their way to come online presenting images of the titular hero and his alter ego Tony Stark.
One features the armored superhero bracing the gunshots from a man while another catches Stark as he emerges from his shiny Audi R8. The car is included in the movie as part of Paramount Pictures' deal with automobile company Audi.
Set to hit theaters on May 2, 2008, "Iron Man" stars Robert Downey Jr. in leading role under the direction of Queens-born filmmaker Jon Favreau. A big fan of the original comic book series, Downey Jr. reportedly was highly involved in preproduction of the flick, even set up an office next to Favreau so that he could easily discuss his role with the helmer.
