Christina Milian Joins MySpace New Label?
January 19, 2008 01:01:32Words are circulating that Christina Milian has joined a new label which is a joint venture of MySpace and Interscope. The singer who left Def Jam in 2006 reportedly will release her fourth album under the brand new label.
The follow up to 'So Amazin'' is scheduled to be dropped either in late Spring or early Summer this year. It was revealed that she has worked with producers Cool & Dre, Danja, Ryan Tedder, Lil Jon, and J.R. Rotem among others.

First it was Paris Hilton that made her pregnancy public by addressing her "the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world" and just now fellow actress Christina Milian has confirmed that the pop star is expecting a boy.
Milian was one of several guests at the pregnant star's baby shower thrown earlier this month. Christina, as reported by many media, was having a blue-themed baby shower, only to fuel rumors she and husband Jordan Bratman are expecting a boy. And now Milian has confirmed the rumor.

Hot off his stint on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," Mario Lopez has been tapped for a new project, co-starring R&B singer Christina Milian for the CW comedy pilot "Eight Days a Week."
The project, revolves around four twentysomethings who work under the top movers and shakers in New York, will see Lopez plays one of the bosses, an impeccably dressed wunderkind with a cell phone attached to his ear. Milian, meanwhile, will play one of the assistants, a beautiful, young woman who left behind a law career to start over as a receptionist/gofer at an art gallery.

August 29th later this year will become a big day for Jessica Simpson as the actress-singer will have her new album hit the market. Tentatively titled "A Public Affair", the set is the follow up to the star's 2003 "In This Skin," which has sold more than 2.9 million copies in the United States.
Nevertheless, the release of the set will be preceded by the single of the same name that will premiere July 19 on MTV's "TRL." The single was co-written by Simpson and Johnta Austin, while the accompanying video was shot over the weekend by director Brett Ratner. It, moreover, includes appearances by Eva Longoria, Christina Applegate, Ryan Seacrest, Christina Milian, Andy Dick and Maria Menounos.

Christina Milian has been dropped from her record label Island Def Jam, that's an unfortunate for the R&B singer after only a month releasing her third album "SO Amazin'."
Milian was reportedly dumped by the music label after angered Island Def Jam boss L.A. Reid due to poor album sales. In a further reports it is mentioned that Milian refused to record "S.O.S. (Rescue Me)" - which went on to be a huge hit for Milian's label mate Rihanna.

The attainment marks the actress choosing for the second year in a row."I was actually really shocked last year when I made the list. So 91 to No. 1 was a big jump, and then to get it a second time in a row, I just couldn't believe it," Longoria said expressing her feeling.

All dressed in red outfit created by top designers: Rimes appeared in Zac Posen's spaghetti-strap gown with a tightly pleated bust and high-front slit, Crow in a scarf-style halter dress by Ralph Lauren while Milian in a flowing gown with jeweled straps by Max Azria Atelier. Meanwhile, Lohan, who made the peace sign at photographers as she reached the end of the runway, modeled a long-sleeve Calvin Klein gown with a V-front, followed by Womack in a strapless gown with gathering and satin strips on the bodice by Carmen Marc Valvo.
Usher's Record Label Soon to Launch

Hip-hop superstar Usher finally is ready to launch his US Records next month with the release of the soundtrack for the romantic comedy "In the Mix." The record label supposedly was launched in 2002, but it was "His priorities were finding the right artists, and then waiting until he strongly believed they were ready" that caused the postponement, BMG North America chairman/CEO Clive Davis says.
It worth anyway for the long awaiting finally resulted in an album that features songs by rapper Rico Love, R&B quintet One Chance, Rayan, Anthony Hamilton, Christina Milian, Claudette Ortiz, Paul Wall, and newcomer Chris Brown. Also there will be one song from Usher himself, who served as writer/producer on the project.
