September 07, 2009 11:09:35Boys Like Girls are gearing up to release the follow-up to their gold-certified debut album "Boys Like Girls". They will drop the sophomore set "Love Drunk" in U.S. on September 8, the same day they will perform in "Jimmy Kimmel Live!".
After paying Jimmy Kimmel a visit, this band will help the New England Patriots kick off their 2009 season with a free concert on September 13, outside Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. The following night, frontman Martin Johnson will open the 40th season of Monday Night Football by singing the National Anthem live before his hometown Patriots faces off the Buffalo Bills.

July 28, 2009 10:07:02After providing fans with a behind-the-scenes clip and short snippet, Boys Like Girls finally bring out a full-length music video for their new single "Love Drunk". Starting with the band's live performance at a "faux arcade set-up", it continues with Ashley Tisdale making his way to the venue with all the boys in there falling for her.
Commenting on Ashley's involvement in the video, the band's frontman Martin Johnson told MTV, "I think she's going to kill the role." He added, "She's in a bunch of different scenarios, a couple of different dudes. We're super stoked to have her a part of it. It's cool to have a fan of the band that's an actress come in and want to be a part of it."

July 24, 2009 11:07:56After previewed through a behind-the-scenes clip, Boys Like Girls' "Love Drunk" music video is now partially revealed through a short snippet. Beside showing the band's performance, this new clip also gives a closer look at Ashley Tisdale's cameo role.
Commenting on Ashley's involvement in the video, the band's frontman Martin Johnson told MTV, "I think she's going to kill the role. She's in a bunch of different scenarios, a couple of different dudes." Giving a clue on the storyline of the video meanwhile, Martin explained to PopEater, "We did this faux arcade set-up with the band as [carnival] guys. She makes all the guys in the arcade fall for her and then it has a surprise ending."

July 16, 2009 12:07:18Ashley Tisdale will be seen guest starring in upcoming Boys Like Girls' music video for their new single "Love Drunk". While waiting the video to arrive in full, fans can take a peek on her cameo role through a behind-the-scenes clip which sees her kissing a guy.
"Actually, I'm a really big fan of Boys Like Girls," Ashley told MTV on the video's shooting set. "I love their music. It's super exciting. I've always dreamt about being in it." On what she does to portray her in-video character, she said, "I think it's very the cute-girl, jeans-shorts kind of beachy-casual, but nice. Those are the things we went through, I used to smoke out my eyes and be rocker, so for this I toned it down."

"Heels Over Head" is a song written by rhythm guitarist/vocalist Martin Johnson. The song is listed on the band's debut album "Boys Like Girls", which has been released since August 2006 and sold over 600,000 copies.

June 21, 2008 02:06:11The new music video from Boys Like Girls for their latest single "Thunder" has been premiered on Friday, June 20 on FNMTV. The clip, which was directed by Josh Forbes and shot in California, sees the band partying with their girlfriends.
Most of the scenes of the video features the band playing their song in front of a house where from the mid part until the end, the rockers were all seen soaking wet as they were being filmed under a heavy rain. Beside the performance scenes, the video also features short clips of the Boys' fun time with their girls.
Good Charlotte to Tour With Boys Like Girls
May 14, 2008 01:05:48Good Charlotte are set to meet up with their die hard fans on the road again as they have announced their upcoming tour dates. The punk rock band will headline the Soundtrack of Your Summer tour alongside Boys Like Girls. Their full tour dates schedule are being revealed by Billboard.com.
The punk rockers will start their tour on July 8 at the Congress Theater in Chicago and end it on August 21 at North Star Arena in Jackson, N.J. In total the band will stop by at a little more than 30 cities for the concerts.
