Brody and Elsa have been dating since 2006 and they even share a New York home. However, it was not until recently that wedding talks started to surface as the Spanish actress was snapped sporting a gold ring on her engagement finger last week.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the Academy Award-best actor recipient for his role as Polish pianist Wladyslaw Szpilman in "The Pianist" has been signed to topline the latest thriller set to be helmed by Italian horrormeister Dario Argento.
By signing in with the project, the 34-year-old New York native will team up with Asia Argento and Ray Liotta. He is also going to shed his acting skills with fellow thesps, Emmanuelle Seigner and Elsa Pataky. It is further explained that the joining of Brody to the film will mark the first time an Argento film nailed a big name to be the star. Additionally, apart from showcasing his acting, Brody will also be one of the film's executive producers.
'The Pianist' Star Adrien Brody to Star as Music-Biz Figure
January 22, 2008 11:01:13The Academy Award-winning actor for "The Pianist" Adrien Brody will be paired with multiple awards-winning actor Jeffrey Wright in Sony BMG Film's new film project. According to Variety, the two actors will depict a pair of major music-biz figures in "Cadillac Records".
Brody will star as famed blues/R 'n' B record executive Leonard Chess, while Wright will be portraying musician Muddy Waters. In the movie focused on Chicago in the '50s, the two big names will be joining the cast of Columbus Short, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Cedric the Entertainer and Tammy Blanchard.

As J.J. Abrams has already been positive to helm "Star Trek XI", the only thing that matters now on the project is surely none other than the cast lineup and concerning this, IGN Movies has delightfully provided interesting tidbits that the Trekkers should really cherish on.
The site has learned that three Hollywood's household names of Matt Damon, Adrien Brody, and Gary Sinise are all in talks with Paramount Pictures, where the project is developed, to fill in the key roles in the picture with Damon's talks said to be further along than the rest.

Making up a solid cast of Oscar-recognized talents, Rian Johnson has successfully added both Adrien Brody and Rinko Kikuchi to the cast of his directing vehicle "The Brothers Bloom", The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Joining Rachel Weisz in the list, Brody will portray the younger one of the title characters who falls for a mysterious millionaire played by Weisz. Meanwhile, Kikuchi, fresh from her performance in "Babel", will become the brothers' sexy and secretive accomplice.

Less than two weeks after the unveiling of his new starring vehicle, "The Darjeeling Limited", Owen Wilson has quickly made a follow-up about the ones to play his two brothers in the project. The funnyman has recently revealed to Australian newspaper, The Herald Sun, that they surprisingly are Adrien Brody and the film's co-writer, Jason Schwartzman, thereby making the main cast fixed for sure.
For Brody, this picture will mark his first collaboration with Wilson while the second for Schwartzman as the two previously appeared together in "Rushmore" (1998). The movie itself is planned to be shot in India under the direction of Wes Anderson, a longtime friend of Wilson.

Fellow actors Adrien Brody and Lindsay Lohan are about to land their feet on a new independent romantic comedy titled "Speechless". The flick, moreover, will have Brian Dannelly in hand directing with shooting scheduled to start later this year.
Based on a story by L. Sprague De Camp from 1952, "Speechless" tells about an introverted man (Brody) who is invited to give a speech at his childhood friend's wedding and turns to a service that allows someone (Lohan) to speak through him.
