Nikki Glaser offers an unapologetic and humorous take on the controversial use of weight-loss drugs and plastic surgery, sharing her theories on why people are against them.

AceShowbiz - Comedian Nikki Glaser has become an unfiltered advocate for Ozempic, sharing her thoughts with zest and a sprinkle of laughter. Speaking on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," she tackled the stigmas surrounding this medication often used for weight loss, making it clear where she stands.

Glaser, who is set to host the Golden Globes in 2025, discussed the growing acceptance of Ozempic, underscoring her belief that people should feel comfortable talking about and using the medication without fear of judgment. "Oh, I love it, I love. I'm like, do it, do it. I have no judgment," she asserted. "If you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl."

One of Glaser's key points was the perceived hypocrisy in the criticism of Ozempic's use. She highlighted that much of the outrage seems less about genuine concern for diabetics and more about maintaining social hierarchies based on body size.

"I want people to feel more comfortable talking about doing it, because I feel like there's this shame. And the shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. That's really where it's coming from," she claimed.

"They just go, 'You're stealing medicine from diabetics who need it.' That's their excuse. Like anyone's ever cared about someone with diabetes who doesn't have it," she jokingly criticized.

Glaser especially fired back at those criticizing Kathy Bates, who has been open about using weight loss drugs to slim down. The comedian pointed out that reactions often have more to do with jealousy than health concerns. "I think you're upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. That's more what it could be about, I think," she quipped.

Her staunch defense of using Ozempic was also paired with a strong stance on plastic surgery.

As the comedian gears up to host the upcoming Golden Globes, she continues to infuse her public appearances with a mix of humor and bold commentary. Glaser's candidness serves as a reminder that societal pressures about body image and health can often be superficial, and challenging these norms with a good laugh might just be the best remedy.
