The former 'Hannah Montana' actress is divorcing her husband just days before her 33rd birthday, marking a swift end to her short-lived marriage with Jack Anthony.

Osment, who will turn 33 on Monday, March 10, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Osment and Anthony, whose real name is Jack Farina, tied the knot on October 12, 2024, following their June 2023 engagement. He popped the big question at Yosemite National Park.
"This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend," she gushed after their engagement. "I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy."
Osment and Anthony maintained a relatively private relationship, initially going public in October 2021 when Osment posted photos from a Phish concert. Their low-profile romance was marked with sweet notes and birthday celebrations shared sporadically on social media.
Despite starting their relationship on such a high note, the couple ends up having a short-lived marriage. Documents reveal the pair separated less than two months later on December 7, 2024.
"I think with any big decision in your life, whether it's relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision," Osment said in a statement. "Ultimately, it didn't work out."
The couple signed a prenuptial agreement in September 2024. In her court filing, the former Disney actress specifically asked to "terminate the court's ability to award support."
Amid the shakeup in her personal life, Emily Osment's acting career continues to thrive as she's transitioning from Disney stardom to roles in "Young & Hungry" and "Young Sheldon," along with its spin-off "Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage," which was recently renewed for a second season.
Jack Anthony, a former tech executive and musician, studied at the University of Virginia and worked with companies like Spring (formerly TeeSpring) and Linktree. He recently enrolled at the Chef Apprentice School of the Arts, signaling a potential new direction in his professional life.
