In his $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni alleges that she made derogatory comments about his appearance during the filming of their movie.

AceShowbiz - Some of the details surrounding the lawsuit filed by Justin Baldoni, the director and star of "It Ends With Us," against co-star Blake Lively emerged. He alleged that she made fun of his physical appearance while they were filming the movie.

In a $400 million lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, January 16, Baldoni's attorneys claimed that Lively, 37, joked that Baldoni, 40, "should get plastic surgery."

Baldoni's attorneys alleged that Lively "began to joke about Baldoni's nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery." The lawsuit further alleges that Lively's disparaging comments were "captured on camera."

Baldoni's lawsuit, which included Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds and their PR team among the defendants, also refuted Lively's allegation in her December 2024 complaint that Baldoni personally added "graphic content" to the film.

Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, released a statement saying that "this lawsuit is based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team's duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media."

"We know the truth, and now the public does too. Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie," Freedman said.

Reps for Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
