The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star explained his plan to get into peak physical condition in preparation for the second season of his hit show "Terminal List," which starts filming in March.
"I'm going to start a little fasted cardio, I'm going to do some burpees, I'm going to do some weights," Pratt said, adding that his goal is to be in the best shape possible before filming begins.
The actor has a history of gaining and losing weight for his roles, highlighting his dedication to his craft. He even admitted to intentionally gaining weight for his roles in "Delivery Man" and "Parks and Recreation," as he believed it made him funnier.
Despite his Hollywood success, Pratt remains honest about the challenges of maintaining a toned physique. He told Fox News in 2019, "Honestly, there's no trick or secret to it. It's about getting after it and being patient and consistent." He elaborated, "If you cut the crap out of your diet and spend an hour a day doing something physical, you'll feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually because it's all tied together."
