AceShowbiz - Jordyn Taylor Braff, known from the Netflix show "Selling the City," made headlines after sharing tidbits about her past relationship. She had a four-year relationship with comedian Trevor Noah, during which time she claims Noah borrowed her material for jokes.
"I think I was, like, the subject of jokes from time to time," she confides while calling herself "the funnier one" in the relationship. "He would also steal my material 100%."
Despite her accusation, Jordyn credits Noah, whom she split from in 2018, with her success in real estate. She explains that Noah's purchase of an apartment was her first ultra-luxury deal, valuing $10 million. "It catapulted me past the rental and the lower-end sales and got me right into luxury," she states.
Jordyn is not the only "Selling the City" cast member with celebrity connections. Gisselle Meneses-Nunez reveals that she had a "situationship" with actor Michael B. Jordan seven years ago. "We're still in touch and we're still good friends," she shares.
The series follows Eleonora Srugo's real estate group at Douglas Elliman, showcasing their high-stakes competition and personal conflicts while navigating the competitive New York City real estate market. The cast includes Taylor Middleton, Gisselle Meneses Nunez, Jade Chan, Justin Tuinstra, and former "Million Dollar Listing New York" star Steve Gold.
"Selling the City" explores the glamorous and cutthroat world of real estate while providing a glimpse into the lives of these successful women and their connections to A-list celebrities.
