After spending Christmas together, Kyle Richard and Mauricio Umansky celebrated New Year's Eve separately, with her staying at home and estranged husband having a blast at a raucous party.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky celebrated New Year's Eve in very different ways. Following their family reunion during Christmas holidays that included cozy dinner and movie date, the estranged couple opted to ring in 2025 separately.

Umansky, 54, joined Grid Energy Group chairman Abe Issa at a raucous party to usher in the New Year at The Snow Lodge in Aspen, Colorado, on Tuesday night. The Italian eatery at The St. Regis Aspen Resort featured Grammy-winning DJ David Guetta headlining the event.

Meanwhile, Richards, 55, opted to celebrate the Year's End privately at their $13.6 million four-bedroom Aspen house. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star offered a glimpse into her quiet night by sharing her balcony view of fireworks on Instagram.

Earlier that day, Kyle and her daughter Farrah Aldjufrie enjoyed a shopping spree at the Hermès boutique in Aspen. Kyle, who has 6.7 million social media followers, captioned a photo with Farrah, "Like mother, like daughter!" Farrah is the daughter Kyle welcomed during her four-year marriage to ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, which ended in 1992.

Mauricio and Kyle stay married and remain on good terms despite split, having amicably prepared Christmas dinner together for their blended brood of four daughters. Kyle gifted Mauricio a framed art piece as he planted a kiss on her cheek.

Richards defended herself for not filing for divorce from her estranged husband despite his blatant display of flings with multiple women after their separation. "Divorce just hasn't come up. We're good friends," she said. "When the time comes, obviously, we will address it."

Mauricio has been linked to much younger women including model Klaudia K and "Crescent City" actress Nikita Kahn since his July 2023 separation from wife while Kyle has been spotted with country singer Morgan Wade.

Amid his tumultuous married life, Umansky is facing a federal lawsuit alleging he misused $3.5 million in payroll protection loans during the pandemic. Additionally, his reality show "Buying Beverly Hills" was canceled by Netflix after two seasons due to low viewership.
