AceShowbiz - Amanda Seales is speaking out against people comparing her to Candace Owens. The former "The Real" co-host made use of her Instagram account to slam the comparison between her and the controversial conservative commentator.

"The obsession with you all mentioning this idiot's name with mine, not Roland Martin, this woman that you all keep mentioning with mine," Amanda said in an Instagram Live. "Let's get something very clear today, there are zero things in common with me and Candace Owens. Literally nothing."

The "Insecure" star went on saying, "And when you suggest that there is any reason why we should share space, what you're doing is wildly disrespecting my education, my authenticity, and my value system. You are also giving her merit that she does not deserve and that is completely unearned."

Amanda later urged people to "please stop juxtaposing her and I in any shared space other than those that exist right now at the behest of gravity and a necessity to breathe air." She added, "Like we have to get more nuanced than just because two people are black, and they're women, and they have mentioned politics, that they should share space. No, they don't need to share space."

Upon watching a video from Amanda's Live, Internet users had mixed responses. Expecting a fiery response from Candace, one of them wrote, "oh helllllll. i know Candace is about to give a very well thought out dissertation and a nice little power point."

"Candace would eat Amanda up, I fear," another said. On the other hand, someone noted, "Amanda would eat Candice TF UP!! Say what you want Amanda is beyond educated, well read and culturally relevant!! Hard stop."

"I mean Amanda has her own issues in life. But I'll take her over Candace any day. Candace so out of touch with her own race it's beyond sad," one noted. Another user pointed out, "They arent the same. Candace can control her emotions better than Amanda."
