In photos obtained and published by Page Six on Tuesday, December 11, the 46-year-old and his socialite girlfriend were seen holding hands during a night out in Italy. The duo reportedly celebrated Bettina's birthday while in the European country last week.

For the date night, Bettina looked classy in a black sleeveless top and matching pants, paired with black sandals. She carried a small brown bag while her long blonde hair was styled in loose waves and hung on her shoulders. Her hand interlocked with Don Jr.'s as he opted for a white button-up shirt with dark suit and matching pants as well as a pair of shinny shoes.

Bettina has also taken to her Instagram account to share photos from their romantic getaway. She posted pictures of a gondola ride, as well as a vintage image of her model mom Inger being kissed on a gondola years ago.

She additionally shared an image of the famed Cipriani logo and a pair of Frette slippers, which are available at luxury hotels. Her pictures, however, did not feature her boyfriend.

The photos surface after Don Jr. addressed his relationship with Kimberly amid split reports. Another source revealed Don was the one who pulled the plug on the engagement, noting that "the breakup was amicable and so is their relationship today." The source explained, "They just had different goals.
