AceShowbiz - Despite the end of "The Office" in 2013, the cast members remain close. On Friday, December 13, Mindy Kaling, Ellie Kemper, Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey shared photos from their mini-reunion, marking 20 years since they met.
Fischer explained that the gathering occurred when the group realized they were all in the same city simultaneously. "Thank you ladies for making me laugh so much," she wrote on Instagram. "I love so much! (I also love that we all dressed up!)"
Kinsey shared a photo of the actresses looking relaxed and happy, describing the dinner as "such a fun catch up." She noted that their friendship has endured through the years, even after the show ended.
Kemper expressed her gratitude for the warmth and kindness she received from Fischer, Kaling, and Kinsey when joining the cast in its fifth season. "I felt so lucky then, and I feel so lucky now," she said.
The reunion was a private affair, but Kinsey and Fischer also recorded an episode of their podcast, Office Ladies, with Brian Baumgartner (Kevin Malone). They discussed their favorite Christmas episodes and Baumgartner's new Christmas book, "The Night Before Christmas at Dundler Mifflin".
Despite the absence of the show's signature holiday parties, the impromptu reunion served as an unofficial way to celebrate the spirit of "The Office" and the enduring bonds formed among its cast members.
