AceShowbiz - Cassie Randolph, 29, is officially off the market! The "Bachelor Nation" star has announced her engagement to musician Brighton Reinhardt, 27. Randolph revealed exclusively to PEOPLE that Reinhardt popped the question during a romantic pre-dinner stroll along the scenic Newport Coast in California.

Randolph was completely taken by surprise when Reinhardt got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. "When Brighton dropped to a knee and asked 'Will you marry me?,' as he opened the box, my reaction was immediately, 'Oh my gosh, yes!,' " Randolph told PEOPLE.

Reinhardt's proposal was captured on camera by Randolph's close friend, Krissy, who was hiding nearby. After the proposal, both families joined the couple to celebrate with an unforgettable dinner at A Crystal Cove.

The newly engaged couple first met eight years ago and were friends for about five years before they began dating in 2020. Randolph has previously spoken about how their strong friendship has been the foundation for their relationship.

"I love everything about him," Randolph said in a previous interview with PEOPLE. "I feel like we get each other on a different level, especially being friends for so long before. It just made it really natural and easy."

Randolph's engagement comes four years after her split from Colton Underwood, who came out as gay in April 2021 and has since married Jordan C. Brown.
