AceShowbiz - Bravo has officially unveiled Stephanie Shojaee as the latest star to join the cast of "The Real Housewives of Miami", infusing fresh energy into the renowned reality TV show. Shojaee, a Miami native and dynamic real estate developer, brings a unique blend of charisma and professional prowess to the series, promising fans an unforgettable season.
The news was announced during Bravo Fan Fest in Miami on November 23, a glitzy event that also featured returning cast members Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Alexia Nepola, Larsa Pippen, Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton, and Kiki Barth.
Shojaee shared her initial thoughts on joining the show with Bravo's The Daily Dish, describing her experience so far as a "rollercoaster ride." She expressed her excitement, stating, "Oh my gosh, I did not know what to expect going into this, but I'm blown away in every sense of the word."
In describing herself, Shojaee proudly declared, "I've always been a trailblazer in everything that I do. All my decisions and all of my choices are always surprising everybody." Reflecting on her decision to join the "RHOM" cast, she added, "I think I just have to take it. I think the timing feels right and here I am. And what better way to show who I really am than to do it on The [Real] Housewives of Miami."
For those eager to get to know the new star, Shojaee hinted at what to expect, playfully calling herself a "very tough cookie, but I'm a delicious cookie." She continued, "I'm the twist that no one's prepared for in every setting: whether it's in the office, whether it's at a family dinner, wherever it is. Nobody really expects what I'm gonna say, and I'm just excited to show how much happiness and excitement."
Stephanie Shojaee, who prides herself on being a native Miamian, sees her hometown as a "playground" and boasts an impressive career as a real estate developer. "There's actually not many female real estate developers," she noted, emphasizing her trailblazing role in the industry.
As filming for Season 7 continues, Shojaee's new co-stars Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton have already teased some of the exciting developments and relationships forming this season. Fans can anticipate plenty of drama, new friendships, and thrilling adventures, including an upcoming cast trip.
The new season also brings sad news as Dr. Nicole Martin will be stepping back from the series due to severe postpartum anxiety following the birth of her daughter, Genevieve. "I just don't think that I am in the headspace to film a full season of reality TV," Martin shared with PEOPLE.
Season 7 of "The Real Housewives of Miami" promises to be a season of surprises, trailblazing moments, and heartfelt stories. As always, past seasons of "RHOM" are available for streaming on Peacock, providing fans the perfect prelude to the upcoming rollercoaster ride with Stephanie Shojaee and the rest of the Miami housewives.
