AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann appeared to have argued about something serious. It has been reported that the estranged couple, who is going through a nasty divorce, recently got into a tense exchange.

On Tuesday, November 19, some law enforcement sources revealed that Kim and Kroy had a heated argument at their mansion in Georgia. Speaking to TMZ, the sources said that "police responded to Kim and Kroy's home Monday after someone called 911 and reported an argument."

According to the sources, "the responding officers spoke to Kim and Kroy and determined it was just a verbal exchange." Fortunately, it was confirmed that "there was no physical altercation involved."

The insiders also told the outlet that "cops kept the peace, calmed Kim and Kroy down and took an incident report." Furthermore, it was said that "no arrests were made" since "cops determined a crime had not been committed." However, it remains unknown what led to the argument.

Kim and Kroy may be arguing about their financial issues. Recently, it was revealed that the two have scheduled an auction for their marital home in Milton, Georgia. The sale is intended to repay Truist Bank after the couple defaulted on their $1.56M loan taken out in 2012.

The sprawling estate, which has seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, is valued at $5.5M by residential appraiser Alan Daniel. It was initially listed on the market for $6M in 2023 but has since been reduced to $3.95M.

Despite the property's financial burden, a source familiar with the property claims that it is worth significantly more than its current asking price. The home is said to have been appraised for $5.5M.

Kim claimed that Kroy was trying to work things out with her as recently as September, but she has since alleged that she has paid all the bills in the household, including clothing for their children and most of the food. He has allegedly not contributed financially to the property in the last 18 months.
