On Sunday, November 3, the 38-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model attended the D'Alba Piedmont New Product Line Presentation, which took place at Palazzo Viscon in Milan, Italy. For the event, she proudly showed off her stunning figure and model legs.

Irina opted to wear a sheer mini dress that came with sparkling silver sequins. The clothing piece, which was short enough to expose its wearer's thighs down to her ankles, also featured a halter neck design with no sleeves. To keep her body warm, she put on a black outer over the gown.

Irina completed the look with a pair of light-colored open-toe high heels, which had long straps around her lower legs. She also carried a small black handbag to match the jacket. She kept her accessories minimal, rocking only a pair of shimmering silver earrings.

For the makeup, Irina went with a natural look. The catwalk beauty looked fresh with glossy pink lipstick and orange eyeshadow. In addition, she let loose her long dark-colored hair, parted it to the side and tucked it behind her ears.

Irina showed up at the event a few days after celebrating Halloween with her daughter Lea De Seine, whom she shares with actor Bradley Cooper. On Thursday night, October 31, she and her 7-year-old daughter stepped out in New York City for trick-or-treating.

The mother and daughter duo were joined by Bradley to travel from house to house and ask for treats. The three of them looked in sync in their all-black Halloween costumes. While the Russian model dressed up as character Lara Croft in the "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" movie, the actor sported an animal costume that was covered in fur. As for Lea, the young girl channeled a wicked witch.
