AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner got candid about her parenting in a new interview. The reality TV star and cosmetics mogul shared that she's a protective mom for her two children, Stormi and Aire Webster, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott (II).
Despite growing up in front of cameras, Kylie said that she wants her kids to have as normal lives as possible. "When I do share my children, I want it to come from me or their father," "The Kardashians" star told Elle.
The 28-year-old beauty added that she's not planning to let her children be on social media anytime soon. "It's no socials for as long as possible," she said.
She later recalled how her 6-year-old daughter Stormi would come home and show off full TikTok dances. Kylie noted that she doesn't want her kids getting their own accounts "until they move out of the house."
Kylie's approach to social media showed a stark difference to her sister Kim Kardashian's. The SKIMS founder lets her two older children have social media accounts. Kim's daughter North (11) has a TikTok account with 19.2million followers, while her 8-year-old son Saint has his own YouTube channel with 31.1 thousand subscribers.
Kim, who also shares daughter Chicago (6) and Psalm (5) with ex-husband Kanye West, however, had a strict rule before granting their kids' wish to create a social media account. Back in September, Kim revealed that she "finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube channel after signing an extensive contract."
The hand-written contract read, "I, Saint West, agree to follow my moms [sic] rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music."
The contract also stated, "I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason." Saint also vowed to listen to all of the rules or his mom "could make [his] page private or delete [his] account."
"Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube channel. He better not breach," Kim wrote in her post, adding a wink emoji.
