The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kyle Richards is reportedly filing a legal request to kick out her troubled sister Kim following relapse and family dispute.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards was spotted for the first time on Friday, September 27 at the Los Angeles Superior Court and Probation Department following a dispute with her troubled sister Kim Richards. Kyle is reportedly seeking to evict Kim from her home due to the latter's alleged relapse.
This comes after Kyle reportedly called the police earlier this week to try and remove Kim from a house she owns, but was told to file an eviction action with the court instead.
Sources close to the family told People that Kim has had a relapse after years of sobriety. They also revealed that she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours after acting "incoherent" during a visit to a Hilton hotel. The Richards-Hilton family has reportedly shunned Kim in an attempt to force her to seek help.
Kyle, who has been the "worrier" of the family, is reportedly struggling to balance "helping" and "enabling" her sister. She has been trying to take care of Kim with the help of her eldest sibling Kathy Hilton, but the situation is complex.
Kim's struggle with alcoholism has been documented over the years, including during her time on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." In 2011, Bravo helped her enter rehab, and in 2015, she was arrested for public intoxication. Kim's addiction issues reportedly began after her split from her second husband in 1991.
