The accident left her with life-threatening injuries, leading to multiple extensive surgeries.

"She has undergone two 11-hour surgeries, a three-hour surgery, and another surgery today," her mother, Nicole Rockmann, shared in an update. "Her body has been shattered. We have nothing but gratitude for the doctors and nurses."

Throughout her recovery, Mamie's milestones have been shared on social media, marking moments of hope and resilience. Remarkably, just two weeks before her return home, she took her first steps since the accident. "Thank you surgeon's, thank you prayers, thank you Lord.
