Revealing the 39-year-old couple's relationship status was Us Weekly. A source additionally told the outlet that "The Vampire Diaries" Nina Dobrev served as the bride's maid of honor.

Jessica herself appeared to confirm her marriage to Brad on Instagram Story. Sharing a black-and-white snap with several friends, including former "Gossip Girl" co-star Chace Crawford, she penned, "Tying the knot."

Jessica and Brad went public with their relationship in March 2019. Before his 2022 retirement, the Canadian native played hockey for the Colorado Avalanche, Los Angeles Kings (with whom he won the Stanley Cup in 2012), Vancouver Canucks, Arizona Coyotes and Nashville Predators.

In September 2020, Jessica revealed she was expecting their first child. The pair welcomed their daughter, Bowie Ella Richardson in January 2021. The baby is Brad's second child as he also shares a daughter with ex-wife Lauren Hunt.

When announcing her child's arrival, Jessia posted a close-up black-and-white image of the baby's hands on X, formerly Twitter. She captioned it, "Added a little sweetness to our family on 1-11-21 Bowie Ella Richardson... Nothing worth having comes easily, neither in life nor in travel, but you will enjoy the rewards if you dare to go off the beaten path. Can't wait for our new path as a family & as a new mommy."

In May 2022, Jessica informed her online devotees that Brad had popped the big question. Posting a picture of herself wearing her dazzling new ring next to her partner, she exclaimed, "I said yes!"
