AceShowbiz - Kaley Cuoco is hearing the wedding bells. When announcing that she's gotten engaged to her boyfriend, Tom Pelphrey, "The Big Bang Theory" alum took to social media to show off her new ring.
The 38-year-old made use of Instagram Story to break the exciting news. In the Wednesday, August 14 post, she put her new diamond sparkle on display in front of her now-fiance's face. "Amazing weekend," she gushed in the caption.
Kaley and Tom started dating in April 2022, and she previously gushed that it was "love at first sight." She told Extra, "We have the same management team. My manager actually took me as her guest to the 'Ozark' premiere, and I met him there. It was like the angels started singing. I was like, 'Hallelujah.' It was very magical… It was perfect."
Kaley was previously married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016, and equestrian Karl Cook from 2018 to 2022. Her engagement to Tom came as a surprise since she previously swore off marriage after her first two failed nuptials.
"I will never get married again," she told Glamour in an interview for her April 2022 cover shoot. "I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership. But I will never get married again. Absolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover."
"But I believe in love because I've had incredible relationships. I know that they're out there," the actress continued. "I like being someone's partner and having that companionship. We've all been there where you think, Oh, my God, I'm never going to meet someone else. And you do."
Kaley welcomed her first child, Matilda, with Tom, on March 30, 2023. Despite finding bliss as a mom, Kaley admitted that she did not consider motherhood "a goal" until she met the 42-year-old actor.
"When we met, it was instantaneous. Tom came along, and something changed… as a young girl I dreamed of (being a mom), but I became involved in my career," she told Emmy magazine. "(This is) not what I thought my life would be. I love my career and wanted to just keep living my life."
