The 'Catwoman' actress previously made headlines for departing from Ryan Murphy's highly anticipated Hulu legal drama 'All's Fair', citing a scheduling conflict with another project.

AceShowbiz - Halle Berry made headlines last month when she announced her departure from Murphy's upcoming series. Speaking to ET, Berry expressed her disappointment but acknowledged that things happen for a reason. "I would have loved to have been there with those ladies," she said, referring to co-stars Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close.

"All's Fair" is a sexy legal drama featuring Kardashian as a top divorce lawyer in Los Angeles. Berry's role in the series and the nature of her exit remain undisclosed. However, she was set to serve as an executive producer alongside Murphy and others.

Berry's exit is reportedly due to her commitments to another project. She recently starred in the Netflix spy caper "The Union" alongside Mark Wahlberg and is also set to appear in the horror film "Never Let Go".

Despite her departure, Berry praised Murphy and expressed her hope to collaborate with him in the future. She also joked about the difficulties in performing stunts for "The Union" at her age, saying, "Imma go with me!" Wahlberg, however, gave a strong performance in the stunts, she acknowledged.

'All's Fair' is expected to film for almost 100 days in California, making it Murphy's third series this year to benefit from the state's tax credit program. Kim Kardashian, who recently announced her plans to pursue a law degree, serves as an executive producer alongside Murphy and others.

Berry's exit from "All's Fair" marks a setback for the highly-anticipated series. However, her talent and determination ensure that she will continue to captivate audiences in other projects.
