AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is seeking a restraining order against a stalker. According to a new report, "The Kardashians" star filed a request for a restraining order against a man named Melvin Jeffery Conley, who previously stalked Emma Roberts.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim stated that Emma called her to warn her about Melvin. Kim revealed that her "American Horror Story: Delicate" co-star informed her about the stalker's desire to make contact with Kim and her kids.

Emma, meanwhile, was given a permanent restraining order against Melvin last June. The "Scream Queens" alum's three-year-old son, whom she shares with her former partner Garrett Hedlund, is also under protection.

The stalker was barred from coming within 100 yards of Emma and her son, plus their home, her work and his school.

The niece of Julia Roberts claimed at her own documents that Melvin mentioned the little one by his name and she was therefore left "concerned about his intentions." She stated that the intruder broke into her Los Angeles home May 7 or 8 while she was away, looking for her landline and calling her mobile phone.

When she received a missed call from her home phone number, she initially thought it was from her family member. She called back only to have Melvin pick up her call.

Emma said he addressed her as "Emma" and claimed that she had given him permission to enter her home and stay there. She denied the claims. Not stopping there, Melvin allegedly sent Emma a "strange" text. The whole ordeal made Emma live "in fear he's going to try and come back to her home."
