AceShowbiz - One of Kehlani's friends has spoken up in defense of the singer after her ex claims that she's in a sex cult. The friend fired back at Javaughn Young-White after he details Kehlani's alleged affiliation with the cult in court documents asking for full custody of their daughter.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, the friend cryptically wrote about Javaughn, "I seen n***as pull s**t out they a** when they cornered, n that's what scare me about yall, instead of working on yourself u jus desperately fishin for something or someone to make a villain it's tired, get help."
"yall get on here n make think pieces about my friend all day but please don't ever come for the parenting n don't believe S**T you read on the internet, let's very f**king real for a second," they continued without naming names. "n***as really love to villainize someone when s**t don't go they way I see."
The friend defended Kehlani after Javaughn filed a paternity petition to gain full custody of their daughter, claiming that Kehlani is in a sex cult. He says he believes that the singer has been mixed up with a cult for the past few years, which is influencing how she raises their child.
Javaughn alleges the cult leader has a slew of sexual assault accusations and fears their daughter could be at risk of abuse without court intervention. He also claims that due to Kehlani's alleged association with the cult, he's prevented from seeing their child.
Not stopping there, Javaughn claimed in a series of tweets that Kehlani tried to silence him, insinuating that he knows a lot of her secrets. "Yeah my boy there's a lot going on behind the scenes n***as will prolly never really understand. But I do have proof she tried to pay Santeria work on me to 'silence me' but dud refused. So n***a should really question what I actually seen/know and really stop provoking me," he warned.
Javaughn also alleged that the Grammy-nominated artist lied about his sexuality and their relationship to protect her "lesbian image." He wrote, "Mfs sat there and lied on my sexuality to protect whatever lesbian identity was working for them at the time and I caught all the flack for it and constantly told to stfu before I ruin mfs career. That's what gets me tight bro like I said I been called gay 5ever it's not that."
According to TMZ, Kehlani and Javaugh have been ordered to attend mediation to discuss custody/visitation and assist in developing a mutually agreeable parenting plan. The R&B singer, however, has not publicly responded to his allegations. The former pair were dating from 2018 to 2019.
