AceShowbiz - Amber Rose may be seeing the bigger picture in deciding whom to support in the upcoming presidential election. After publicly declaring her support for Donald Trump, it has been reported that she is currently under federal investigation.
According to reports, the model has been repeatedly accused of promoting and selling crypto scams. She has denied these claims, pleading ignorance, but new reports claim that there is a federal investigation into her activities.
Linking Rose's alleged possible legal woe, a user on X, formerly Twitter, said that this might be the reason why she is endorsing Trump, who has a history of helping out people in legal trouble, just like he did for Kodak Black. The TV personality's political endorsement is reportedly her way to secure favor from the former president should things go south for her.
"A little birdie told me Amber Rose has a crypto scam that is being investigated by the feds, that's why she is trying to get close to Trump," the X user wrote. "She might need a pardon. It all makes sense now."
Rose, who founded the SlutWalk, a feminist movement against slut-shaming and sexual assault, surprised many when she publicly endorsed Trump in May. Defending her political stance against criticism, she said that she still supports women's rights despite her support of Trump. "I'll ALWAYS put women first. Y'all want biological men in women's sports. Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion," she explained. "Stop being brainwashed cuz WE'RE ppl of color. Make your own decisions."
Recently, the 40-year-old spoke at the RNC in Milwaukee, explaining how she came to her decision to support Trump. "My entire family is racially diverse. I believed the left-wing propaganda that Donald Trump was a racist. My father said, 'No, he's not, Amber. What were you talking about?' " she recalled, adding that she eventually watched "all the rallies" and started meeting so many of his "red hat-wearing supporters."
"People have to do their research," the former girlfriend of Kanye West urged, before adding, "I realized Donald Trump and his supporters don't care if you're black, white, gay or straight. It's all love. And that's when it hit me: These are my people. This is where I belong."
