The couple, who had been at the center of split rumors, have reportedly been apart since March. According to a source who spoke with Page Six on July 1, despite their separation, Affleck remains "very protective of Jennifer."
The breakup buzz gained further traction when it was reported that the pair are selling artwork from inside their $60M Bel-Air mansion. While the mansion is listed for $65M, pricy items from within, including paintings, were sold off to collectors starting in early June. Additionally, Affleck was said to have picked up the last of his belongings from the residence while Lopez was vacationing in Italy last month.
Insiders claim Affleck has been staying at a $100K-a-month rental near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
