The 37-year-old actress, who shares son Sire with the 'In Da Club' rapper, previously stated in the since-deleted post, 'Let's put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me.'

AceShowbiz - 50 Cent's baby mama Daphne Joy seemingly tried to pull herself out of the legal battle between the two. The actress has taken down an Instagram post wherein she accused him of rape and physical abuse.
It remains unclear why the 37-year-old deleted the post, but she made the move after Fif filed a defamation lawsuit against her in May. In the complaint obtained by TMZ, the rapper claimed his baby mama brought up the accusations because he was going to seek sole custody of their son, Sire.
50 argued that he only made that decision about Sire after Daphne was labeled a "sex worker" in the Rodney Jones lawsuit against Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. According to the suit, Fif has gotten horrendous online comments due to the claim, which also severely damaged his business reputation and child custody case.
In the docs, 50 Cent has attached a letter sent to Daphne by his lawyer on April 2, demanding a retraction. However, Daphne allegedly refused it and her lawyers responded by demanding he give Daphne millions of dollars and dismiss his custody suit in return for her taking down the post.
Fif is suing Daphne for defamation and seeking damages in excess of $1 million. He's also requesting a court order to take down her post and refrain from any other defamatory comments.
Daphne bashed 50 after he poked fun at her for being named in P. Diddy's lawsuit. "Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now," she argued. "You are wreaking real havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people's lives. How would u feel if Sire was the one in handcuffs? For nothing."
"Let's put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me," she claimed. "You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on."
Fif has shut down the allegations though. "The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire," he told TMZ.
"The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son," the emcee continued. "My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time."
