AceShowbiz - Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit. The "Donda" artist is being sued by his his ex-executive/personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

In her complaint, Lauren said she was an OnlyFans model who posted bikini and lingerie pictures and was super successful, making $1 million a year. She met Kanye when he while he was cultivating his Yeezy fashion line, and was subsequently hired by the emcee in July 2021.

The woman also claimed that she collaborated with Ye and worked with him on 3 songs on "Donda", according to TMZ One year after working together, Ye allegedly asked the her to delete her OnlyFans account and promised to pay her $1 million a year if she did so.

Shortly after she agreed, Lauren said Ye began to send her a series of text messages, including one that read, "See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I'm f**king them. Then I want her to cheat on me." The father of four reportedly continued sending more vulgar texts in which he allegedly described his sexual fantasies with women.

Another text allegedly read, "Is my d**k racist? It is. This f**king racist d**k of mine. I going to beat this f**king racist d**k for being f**king racist." It added, "I'm going to stare at pictures of white woman with black a**es and beat the s**t out of my racist d**k ... Beating the s**t out of his big black c**k."

Not stopping there, Lauren also stated that Ye would masturbate during phone conversations with her and ask if she could hear or guess what he was doing. Additionally, the "N***as in Paris" hitmaker was reportedly fixated on the penis size of her boyfriends.

The plaintiff added in the lawsuit that Ye sent a slew of text messages and sexual videos and photos to her, including at least 2 videos of him having sex with a model. She claims he then promoted her to Chief of Staff for his various companies, at a salary of $4 million.

However, in October 2022, Lauren was fired. Kanye reportedly offered her a $3 million severance, which she accepted. Unfortunately, the rapper never paid. Thus, she's suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
