In the divorce papers filed in Los Angeles, it was unveiled that the 62-year-old and her former spouse have been separated since November 2021.

AceShowbiz - Barbara Alyn Woods and John Lind will make their separation legal. The "One Tree Hill" alum's estranged husband reportedly filed for divorce from her nearly three years after their split.

In the divorce papers obtained by PEOPLE, it was unveiled that the 62-year-old and her former spouse have been separated since November 2021. John cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

John also requested joint legal and physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter, Alyvia. The exes previously made an agreement in July 2022 that they would share legal and physical custody of Alyvia, who was 14 at the time.

In their 2022 petition, John and Barbara described themselves as separated as of November 2021 due to a result of irreconcilable differences, which "caused the irremediable breakdown of our marriage." Aside from Alyvia, the pair also share daughters Natalie, 23, and Emily, 22, who are all actresses.

Barbara and John tied the knot in 1999 after meeting on the set of "Honey I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show". However, they have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye.

Both Barbara and John have yet to publicly address their divorce. However, John has not been featured on the actress' Instagram in some time, though she often posts pictures with their kids.

Just days before the divorce filing, Barbara returned to her "One Tree Hill" roots in Wilmington, North Carolina for a charity basketball game. At the event, she reunited with former cast members like her onscreen son, James Lafferty, daughter-in-law, Bethany Joy Lenz, as well as husband, Paul Johansson.

"Most EPIC GAME! Go RAVENS!!!" she captioned the post, adding blue heart emojis. "#OTH lives in my heart ALWAYS AND FOREVER."
