AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez is reportedly not mending a broken heart amid rumors of her split from Ben Affleck, let alone trying to save their marriage. If a new report is to be trusted, the singer/actress has seemingly given up on her marriage as she is said to be "moving on from" the actor/filmmaker.
"The split is getting nasty," a source tells In Touch (via Yahoo). "She isn't wasting any time moving on from Ben. She went to the Met Gala alone, she went out to dinner on Mother's Day without him, and now she's looking for a new home for herself after they had spent months searching for their dream home."
While the allegedly estranged couple put on a united front during their recent reunion in Santa Monica, the source predicts their "divorce" is going "to get nastier" over the division of their asset. "And with a combined net worth of $550 million, the divorce is only going to get nastier," the source adds.
Previously, In Touch reported that Jen and Ben are headed for a split after less than two years of marriage. "They just couldn't make it work," a source told the magazine as the pair had not been seen together for seven weeks.
Adding fuel to the split rumors, the pair have reportedly been living separately with Ben moving out of their $60 million home several weeks ago. The actor has allegedly been staying in a Brentwood home without his wife "over the past week or so" while filming his new movie.
On May 16, the pair reunited to attend a school production for Ben's child Fin. On May 19, they also joined Jennifer Garner, her children Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, as well as J.Lo's child Emme for a cinema event at the Aero Theatre in Brentwood.
While the "Hustlers" actress and the "Argo" star arrived separately to the theater, they later left together in a car which he chauffeured. They reportedly headed out to grab dinner at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood.
At a press conference for her new movie "Atlas" in Mexico, Jen was asked to address her situation with the Oscar winner. The 54-year-old singer/actress smiled as she cheekily answered, "You know better than that."
