AceShowbiz - Sofia Vergara is recovering after undergoing a major surgery. The "America's Got Talent" judge was seen struggling to walk during an outing in West Hollywood, Los Angeles over the weekend.

In pictures taken on Saturday, May 25, the "Griselda" star was heading for lunch with a friend. The 51-year-old beauty was photographed arriving at Cecconi's in a red blouse top and cargo pants as she completed her style with black sunglasses and white sneakers.

When the "Modern Family" alum was dropped off on the sidewalk in a black Range Rover, she was seen slowly getting out of the car. As she was limping into the restaurant, the actress shared updates on her leg condition. "Hi, Sofia. How's your leg? Better?" a photographer asked, to which Sofia replied while laughing, "Not good!"

Last month, Sofia revealed that she had a major knee operation. Giving a shout-out to her new boyfriend Justin Saliman, she wrote in a post, "If you ever get a [major] knee surgery, make sure u get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!! Luv u Dr @jdsaliman," alongside a photo of him holding her leg as she rested on a couch.

Sofia met her new beau in October 2022 when they were spotted out to dinner in Beverly Hills. Justin, who studied sports medicine at Stanford and earned his medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, is a practicing orthopedic surgeon at the famed Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

A source close to the actress claimed that the new couple has been "taking things slow" since they first linked up in October. She was previously married to Joe Manganiello before he filed for divorce in July 2023.

"We have made the difficult decision to divorce," the former couple said in a joint statement. "As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
