AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs hopes to get at least one less problem amid his numerous legal issues. The rapper is asking a judge to toss a lawsuit by an anonymous woman, who accuses him of sexual misconduct.

The 54-year-old's attorneys have filed a request on his behalf to have Jane Doe's suit against him dismissed with prejudice. In the filing, the attorneys say the statute of limitations on the statute she's suing under has lapsed.

In addition to claiming that the accuser missed her window to sue, they argue that she did not include many pertinent details which they feel makes her claims paper thin and not worthy of being head. On top of that, they insist that her allegations simply never happened.

The lawyers allege that she slapped a "trigger warning" on her original lawsuit only to drum up attention to the salacious nature of her claims, which Diddy's attorneys say is completely without merit.

"Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff's decades-old tale against them, which has caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence has been presented," the filing reads.

Diddy's lawyers continue to write, "The sparse amendments to the original Complaint cannot remedy the falsehoods and incurable defects in the new pleading. Like the original Complaint, it fails to state any viable claim and must be dismissed."

"Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, yet purports to miraculously recall the most prurient details with specificity," they add. "Accordingly, this case should be dismissed now, with prejudice, to protect the Combs Defendants from further reputational injury and before more party and judicial resources are squandered."

On the same day the filing was obtained by TMZ, Diddy shared a cryptic message on his Instagram page. He posted a video of a young man who questioned why people spend so much time hating on him instead of loving him.

"You hate on a n***a. I don't understand why you hate on me, n***a," the boy in the clip said to the camera. "Show love, n***a. It ain't cost nothing to show a n***a love, n***a. Show a n***a some love, n***a."

In the comments, some people tried to get Diddy back to reality about his problems. "why this n***a still posting," one of the comments read. Another pointed out, "Bro you traffic girls what are you talking about rn."
