The 'Wasted on You' singer joins his ex KT Smith and their son in the first sighting since his latest arrest after nearly injuring police officers with his reckless conduct.

AceShowbiz - Country singer Morgan Wallen was spotted out and about with his ex-girlfriend, KT Smith, and their son, Indigo, in a casual outing, marking his first sighting after his recent arrest.

Days after Wallen's arrest for allegedly throwing a chair off a rooftop bar, the trio was seen in Nashville, with Wallen wearing casual attire and Smith holding their little one.

Report suggested he was triggered by KT Smith's wedding, but she was quick to dispel the rumor. She spoke out after Wallen's arrest, expressing her hope for his recovery and denying that her marriage to Luke Scornavacco sparked the incident.

"I have no evidence to believe the incident had anything to do with the recent marriage announcement," Smith said. "I cannot speak on Morgan's behalf, but I do pray the very best for him. Praying that this was just a slipup and that he will return to the good path that he was on prior."

Smith and Wallen began dating in 2016 and got engaged later that year. They broke off the engagement in 2019 but continued to date on-and-off, welcoming son Indigo in 2020. The couple ended their relationship later that year.

On April 7, Wallen was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct after witnesses saw him throwing a chair from a six-story roof. The chair landed near police officers.

He reportedly laughed after the incident and flashed grin in his mugshot. He was released from jail on a $15,250 bond.

Wallen is scheduled to appear in court on May 3. His attorney has stated that he is cooperating with authorities.

His drinking issues have since been under scrutiny. Over the past few years, he has been caught in numerous drunken incidents which led to either arrests or backlash.

In 2020, he was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. A year later, he spent 30 days in treatment after using a racial slur while intoxicated. In 2023, rumors circulated that his drunken behavior led to a last-minute concert cancellation.
