AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton has left little to imagination in a revealing outfit. When making an appearance at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards, the former star of "The Simple Life" was not shy to show some skin in a risque outfit.

On Wednesday, April 10, the 43-year-old reality TV star offered social media users a closer look at her ensemble for the event, which was held one day prior. She took to Instagram to upload a series of photos highlighting her all-black get-up.

For the occasion, Paris opted to wear a black coat that came with two long sleeves and a V-neck design. The outer also had big cut-outs all over it. She appeared to have not worn anything under the risque coat and put on a leggy display in a pair of black shorts as well as matching sheer tights.

The hotel heiress completed the look with a pair of matching pointed-toe high heels, matching sunglasses and a matching leather handbag. She accessorized herself with a pair of earrings and a silver ring. In addition, her long blonde tresses were put in a sleek updo with her bangs parted to the side.

Along with the photos, Paris wrote in the caption of the post, "When the invite dress code says FASHION! I knew I had to serve in this stunning @MuglerOfficial fit off the runway," adding a flame emoji.

Paris went on to voice her appreciation to the Creative Director of Mugler, Casey Cadwallader. She penned, “Thank you @Cadwallader and MUGLER for dressing me for the Fashion Trust Awards last night! Love you [a smiling face with heart eyes emoji] #ThatsHot #Sliving.”

During the event, Paris appeared to have brushed shoulders with a number of famous figures. Among the stars who also attended the fashion event were Ashley Graham, Kelsea Ballerini, Selma Blair and Kristin Davis.
