AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez's former choreographer apparently didn't have a nice experience when working with her. Dexter Carr took to his TikTok account to call out the multi-hyphenate artist.

In the viral video, Dexter recalled working with J-Lo for a tribute to the music of Motown at the 2019 Grammy Awards. The dancer claimed that the "On the Floor" hitmaker made a disparaging comment on his hair.

According to him, Jennifer asked, "What are we going to do with your hair?" Dexter later pointed out that the performance, which included a Salsa breakdown, barely paid tribute to Motown.

Not stopping there, Dexter criticized the lack of black dancers in J-Lo's team. "There's only 3 black people, including me," he said, adding that they were all "pushed away from the center."

Upon watching the video, most Internet users sided with Dexter. "They love black culture but hate black people. Nothing new here," one commented. "That's why Mariah still don't know her," another joked, referring to Mariah Carey, who infamously shaded J-Lo by not acknowleding her existence.

"She had no business doing a Motown tribute," one other added. "I've never heard good things about JLo," someone noted. "JLo don't really like black people, she tolerates us," one user said.

However, one fan defended the wife of Ben Affleck. "no shade, all this J Lo hate is late. hate it or love it, whether she wrote her music, sung it or not…. she gave us endless bops and she's a good actress. like leave that lady alone," the person said.

Someone also criticized the dancer, saying, "But he still did it and now we gotta hear about!! Learn to stand on your morals and values and not a DOLLAR."
