The 'Vanderpump Rules' star is spotted moving into her newly-bought house in Los Angeles, leaving the house she's been sharing with her ex-boyfriend following their real-estate battle.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Madix has bought herself a new home. The "Vanderpump Rules" star was spotted moving into her newly-bought house in Los Angeles, leaving the $2 million house she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
According to Page Six, Ariana recently purchased a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home. "Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter," said a source.
The news outlet revealed that the mid-century modern house is located in Los Angeles and was originally built in 1962. It has an open floor plan on the main level, which boasts the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen.
The second level, meanwhile, features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area. It also offers a picturesque views of L.A., including the iconic Hollywood sign.
The "Dancing with the Stars" alum also doesn't have to worry about hosting a party as the backyard is private and big enough to hold gatherings for 20 people. There's additionally a seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.
Before moving into the new house, Ariana was embroiled in a real-estate battle with her ex Tom. Despite splitting, the former couple was still cohabiting at their shared house with Ariana using the main suite as her bedroom. Meanwhile, Tom was sleeping in a separate room.
Previous report claimed that Tom tried to buy Ariana out of their shared home. However, the Something About Her co-founder hoped to just sell the house instead and split the proceeds.
In January, she sued Tom to force the sale of their house. Tom responded via legal documents filed in late February, noting that he refused the request.
Tom and Ariana also discussed the matter on "Vanderpump Rules". "The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f**ked all of this up. He doesn't get to do that and then just keep it," Ariana said in a confessional in a February episode of the Bravo series. Tom, meanwhile, told co-star Tom Schwartz that Ariana didn't pay "any of the bills" on their home for "like eight months."
