AceShowbiz - Brandi Glanville and her legal team aren't satisfied with Andy Cohen's response after she accused him of sexual harassment. In a statement, Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos slammed the Bravo executive producer of "fake apology."

Freedman and Geragos showed their displeasure in a statement to Us Weekly on Friday, February 23. "Any boss who is clearly inebriated encouraging their employee by Facetime video to watch their boss have sex with another employee constitutes sexual harassment, plain and simple, under any definition even one concocted by NBC," the lawyers said.

They further criticized, "Why is Andy Cohen getting a pass? Any other supervisor at Comcast/NBC who engaged in this behavior would be fired immediately on the spot. It is no excuse to say that this was a joke."

The statement came after Cohen addressed the sexual harassment leveled at him by Glanville on X, formerly known as Twitter. "The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi," he wrote, confirming that the other reality star whom Cohen allegedly wanted to sleep with was the "Below Deck" alum.

He added, "It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi's response clearly communicated she was in on the joke." Despite that, the "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" host admitted that his remark was "totally inappropriate," adding, "And I apologize."

Glanville made the accusations against Cohen in a legal letter via her attorneys. The former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" claimed that the Bravo honcho sent her a video in 2022, in which he appeared "obviously inebriated."

Cohen allegedly "boasted" that he wanted to "sleep with another Bravo star" while "thinking" of Glanville. He additionally invited the former Housewife to watch him engage in the sexual act via FaceTime.

"Mr. Cohen was Ms. Glanville's boss at the time and exercised complete and total control over her career," the letter further stated. "This was an extraordinary abuse of power that left Ms. Glanville feeling trapped and disgusted. It is inconceivable that Mr. Cohen remains in his post in spite of this behavior and harkens back to the bad old days of Matt Lauer and NBC News when profits were prioritized over people."
