The 'Wipe Me Down' spitter slam Kodak and Rod for sampling his songs 'Let Me Ease Ya Mind' and 'Long Journey' respectively without giving him compensation.

AceShowbiz - Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie) wasn't too thrilled when fellow artists sampled his music without permission. The "Wipe Me Down" spitter just called out Kodak Black and Rod Wave for sampling his songs "Let Me Ease Ya Mind" and "Long Journey" respectively without giving him compensation.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the 41-year-old shared a music video for Kodak's "Eaze Your Mind". In the accompanying message, he wrote, "DAM @kodakblack EVEN THO WE FELL OUT WE COULDA DID FAIR BUIZNESS #justbuizness."

Prior to that, Boosie slammed Rod on Instagram video. "Rod Wave did it the best, no cap," he said in the clip. "A lot of artists sampling my s**t, I can't even get a feature. People just don't think I'm, you know, business minded."

"Can't let you take my s**t and I'm not getting nothing," the Baton Rouge native went on noting. "I just want my split, you know, my cut. I ain't mad, I love when they do that s**t. They wouldn't do that to a white artist. They wouldn't do that to another artist; just Boosie. So I'm coming back for all that, bro. Y'all already know."

"Ain't call me, ask me nothing," he continued fuming. "I mean, [they] just figure I'm too gangster to file a lawsuit. S**t is copyright infringement, bro."

Not stopping there, Boosie turned to X to get things off his chest. "HOW IS IT FOUL?ITS BUIZNESS N YOU KNOW THAT .YOU AINT GO DO THAT TO NO OTHER MAJOR LABEL WITHOUT COMPENSATING THEM WITH THEY SPLITS !! WHY DO IT TO A N***A YOU LOOKED UP TOO," he raged.

"U EXPECT ME TO LET U TAKE MY KIDS PUBLISHING GTFOH, " he added. "STOP PLAYING VICTIM MY N***A IS U GO SAMPLE NO LIMIT ,BAD BOY,CASH MONEY,SO SO DEF ,MICHEAL JACKSON ,MARVIN GAYE , R PRINCE WORD FOR WORD FOR FREE ? NO @rodwave."

While Kodak has yet to respond to Boosie's rant, Rod shared a video on X to address the issue. "Man, you ain't gotta sue no n***a like me, man. I'ma pull up and make sure you straight," the 25-year-old stated.
