AceShowbiz - Jada Pinkett Smith has vehemently shut down claims about her husband Will Smith having a gay affair with actor Duane Martin. The "Girls Trip" star declared that she plans to sue Will's former friend and assistant Brother Bilaal for bringing up the allegation.
The 52-year-old hinted at her plan to launch legal action against Brother when appearing on "The Breakfast Club". She said, "And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown, that didn't work. We're gonna take legal action."
"It's one thing to have your opinion on somebody versus making up salacious, malicious stories," the mom of two continued. "That's actionable... So we're gonna roll with that."
Brother made his claim when speaking to Tasha K. Recalling the time he walked in on the Oscar winner engaging in "sexual acts" with Duane, Brother said, "I open the door to Duane's dressing room and that's when I see Duane having anal sex with Will."
Tasha said she needed time to process the shocking revelation. However, Brother continued detailing, "It was a couch and, um, Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up. Killin' him. Murderin'. It was murder in there."
In another part of the interview, Brother suggested that Will was with Jada because he needed that "validation." He additionally claimed that the "Worthy" author was dissing her husband over his manhood, saying he had "a small d**k."
This isn't the first time Will and Duane have been accused of being more than just friends, but they have long maintained that they're not gay. Both of them were also married to their respective partners, Jada and Tisha Campbell, at the time.
