A few weeks after experiencing the unpleasant stage accident in New York City, the 'In the Name of Love' songstress keeps herself safe by adding protective eyewear to her all-blue ensemble.

AceShowbiz - Bebe Rexha has taken extra protection to her stage outfit. A few weeks after being left injured from a thrown-phone while performing onstage in New York City, the "In the Name of Love" songstress kept herself safe by adding a pair of safety goggles.

The 33-year-old donned the pair of clear dark blue safety goggles while performing one of her songs titled "I'm Good (Blue)" at The Wiltern on Friday night, June 30. During the "Best F'n Night of My Life Tour" stop in Los Angeles, she matched her protective eyewear with her all-blue ensemble.

For the occasion, the "Meant to Be" hitmaker sported a sleeveless blue halter neck top which was covered in sparkling embellishments. Her top came with crossover straps and a turned-over heart shape cut-out on its bodice. She also wore a pair of body fit long matching satin wide leg pants and matching gloves. At one point during her performance, she put on a glittery matching robe over her top.

Bebe's stage outfit was unraveled in an Instagram video uploaded by @1027kiisfm on Saturday, July 1. Instagram users did not take long to shower the singer with praises for her protective eyewear. In the comments section of the post, one in particular gushed, "@beberexha that outfit tho it looks so good on you i love this outfit ahh slayy."

Another chimed in, "WHAT A QUEEN! still ended tour off strong. that's a legend," adding a blue heart emoji. A third pointed out, "Wearing them safety glasses cause she aint playing no more!" Meanwhile, a fourth wrote, "It's sad that these people ruined the experience! My god why hurt someone she's doing her job! America do better."

Bebe was injured around her left eye area after she was hit by a phone thrown by a concertgoer in New York City on June 18. She reportedly got three stitches due to the incident. Two days afterward, she took the stage at The Fillmore in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood, and humbly asked her audience not to throw phones to the stage again.

In a video circulating online, the MTV Video Music Award winner could be heard saying, "Are we going to have a good show tonight? Yes, we f**king are. Can we let people slow us down, Philly? No. Just no phones on my face tonight please, I beg of you." She also asked the concert crew to clean up the stage. "Can we get somebody to come clean up this? We almost ate s**t like three times. I think we are pushing it too little. I don't know if I can get another bruise," she said.
