AceShowbiz - Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah are still a couple. Despite split rumors, a source tells PEOPLE that "The Godfather" actor and the 29-year-old are still together as they are expecting their first child together.

Insiders also echoed the sentiment to Page Six. "Yes, they are still together," sources close to the 83-year-old actor told the news outlet on Thursday, June 1.

The clarification arrives after a source told gossip site Showbiz411 that the expecting couple had split "long ago." Al "actually thought their relationship was over a long time ago," the source claimed, adding that he has had "lawyers … working on this for months."

It was also recently said that Al demanded a paternity test from Noor Alfallah as he doubted her pregnancy. According to TMZ, he didn't believe he could get Noor pregnant because of "a medical issue that typically causes infertility." Noor already went through with the test, and it's proven that the Hollywood star is indeed the father of her child.

The "House of Gucci" star was allegedly surprised by the pregnancy. He wasn't planning to have baby No. 4 at his age and a source previously insinuated that it might be too soon for them as they have only been dating for a year.

Al and Noor were first rumored to be dating in April 2022 when they were snapped grabbing dinner together. According to Page Six, they had actually been quietly dating since the pandemic. "Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic," a source told the outlet.

The insider further said that Al and Noor, who used to date Mick Jagger and Nicholas Berggruen, aren't bothered by their decades-long age difference. "She has been with Al for some time, and they get on very well," the source went on noting. "The age gap doesn't seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father. She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money."
