Having welcomed their baby together, the 'Younger' star and the fitness guru reveal through social media their bundle of joy's name and their home birth experience.

AceShowbiz - Nico Tortorella and partner Bethany C. Meyers have introduced their first child to the world. Sharing the birth news through social media posts, the "Younger" former star and the Be.come project founder offered a look at them as a family of three and spilled on their bundle of joy's name.
On Monday, March 13, Nico posted a carousel of photos presenting the 34-year-old with their little family standing in front of a white in-house tent. One of the photos shared displayed Nico hugging and kissing Bethany, who was cradling their newborn, from behind.
Along with the photo, Nico gushed in the caption, "IN LOVE WITH THE DOVE." The new father went on to reveal their baby's name as writing, "introducing Kilmer Dove Meyers Tortorella. welcome to earth little one."
Sharing a similar set of photos was Bethany, who offered more about their newborn. The new mother began by writing, "Our long-awaited baby made her entrance to the world on March 5th. Everybody…meet Kilmer Dove Meyers Tortorella." The fitness guru went on to explain, "Kilmer is my grandfathers last name, my mothers maiden. Dove because Tortorella means 'turtle dove.' "
Bethany further described the significance of number 39 to their family. "For those of you who have followed along and know the significance of the number 39 for Nico, myself and baby (scroll back a few posts)," the 35-year-old spilled. "She was born at 39 weeks + 3 days, at 9:39 pm…can't make this up!"
Bethany also elaborated on their home birth experience. The first-time mother wrote, "We had a beautiful, intense, raw, emotional, fast, safe and healthy homebirth. She was in fact born in the tent, surrounded by a circle of mothers (our immaculate care team), the spirits of ancestors past and future be.comings. Last photo is the moment she was born, the 'catch.' "
Looking back on their own struggles to conceive, Bethany did not forget to offer words of support to those who go through similar experiences. "It was worth every tear, every heartbreak, every needle, doctor and dime. For those still on their journey to parenthood, I see you I love you," the lifestyle entrepreneur stated.
Nico and Bethany, who tied the knot in 2018, announced they were expecting a baby together back in August 2022. At the time, they told PEOPLE, "We've been trying to conceive for almost two years and we're happy to announce our baby finally decided the time was right. As anyone with an infertility journey will tell you, it's not easy."
