AceShowbiz - It was one of the biggest nights for the Top 5 singers of "The Voice" season 22. In the first part of season 22 finale, which aired on Monday, December 12, the remaining singers hit the stage in front of the coaches for the last time before this season's winner will be announced in the next episode.

For the finale, each singer would perform twice. In one of the performances, they would show gratitude to people and places that meant the most to them, while the other was an uptempo performance showcasing what kind of artist they want to be.

Kicking off the night was Team Blake Shelton's Bodie. He opted to sing "Late Night Talking" for his uptempo performance. Blake praised him for the song choice, while Gwen Stefani pointed out the big note that Bodie held that night. John Legend, meanwhile, noted that Bodie has a vision of what he wants to be as an artist and he thought it was compelling.

The four coaches then took the stage for a holiday-theme performance of "The Christmas Song". Following the special performance, Morgan Myles from Team Camila Cabello hit the stage to sing "Total Eclipse of the Heart" as she has similarities to Bonnie Tyler's voice. Gwen said it was a perfect song choice for her, while John mentioned "the crackle" in Morgan's voice that he loved. Camila, meanwhile, said that the performance made her emotional.

As for Brayden Lape from Team Blake, he dedicated "Humble and Kind" to his hometown of Michigan. He made sure that everyone at home knows that he's lucky to have grown up there. Blake told Brayden that he wasn't surprised to see him in the finale. He added that he found Brayden "genuine and talented" throughout the competition.

Following it up was Team John's Omar Jose Cardona, who belted out "The Way You Make Me Feel" for his dedication song. The song was in honor of his family who has supported him through his dreams and a brother who pointed him in the direction of musical theater. Camila loved that Omar expanded on stage into a new area of performance. John praised Omar for his perfect vocal even though he did all the dancing that night.

Team Blake's Bryce Leatherwood was up next. In his first performance of the night, Bryce dedicated "Don't Close Your Eyes" to his home state of Georgia for being the place he longs for and the place he comes from. Gwen was impressed, saying that the performance was "so beautiful and so perfect." Blake noted that he's proud of Bryce because he introduced the music to a whole new generation of country fans.

Brayden then returned to the stage to sing "Wild as Her". John said that Brayden's experience on the show was "incredible" and called it the start of his career as a singer. Blake, meanwhile, loved that the finale forced him to do something uptempo so Brayden could go out of his comfort zone.

Morgan, who wrote a letter of gratitude to her parents for their endless support, sang "Girl Crush" for her second performance. Gwen liked the song choice, adding that country sounded really good on Morgan's voice. John even called Morgan the best country singer he's seen since he's been on the show.

Bryce went with "T.R.O.U.B.L.E." for his final song of the competition. Blake liked how Bryce brought in another angle to his classic country feel. Camila found the performance "so fun" and said that she loved hearing his voice in the quick rhythmic parts of the song. John added that the uptempo song was a great pairing to Bryce's warm, buttery tone. Blake called Byrced an artist with a really big vocal range.

Bodie opted for "Gratitude" which he dedicated to his kids. Gwen said that a "super power" in Bodie intrigued and inspired people. John called him a leader and powerful enough to move people with his voice. Blake admitted that he was speechless, calling it one of the most moving performances he's seen on the show in a long time.
